Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Ben brings a dependable, organised, and solutions-focused approach to his work at Spectrum Health. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Analytics & Management) from the University of Western Australia and applies both analytical thinking and practical experience to healthcare accreditation, compliance, and quality improvement.

Before transitioning into healthcare, Ben developed strong communication and leadership skills in the hospitality industry, working as a Floor Supervisor and Bartender at The Breakwater. In January 2025, he joined Spectrum Health, where he quickly demonstrated attention to detail, adaptability, and initiative. This led to his progression into the Accreditation team, where he plays a key role in supporting practices to maintain compliance, prepare for accreditation site visits, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Known for his reliability, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach, Ben is committed to helping teams work efficiently while upholding high standards. He values strong working relationships and takes pride in supporting colleagues and stakeholders whenever needed.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys exploring new cuisines, staying active through fitness and strength training, and planning his next travel adventure. Known among friends for his quick humour and easy-going nature, he believes these qualities are just as important in building positive, high-performing workplaces as technical expertise.
