Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Ben brings a dependable, organized, and solutions-focused approach to his work at Spectrum Health. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Analytics and Management at The University of Western Australia, and enjoys combining his academic learning with practical experience in the healthcare sector.

Before moving into healthcare, Ben built strong communication and leadership skills in the hospitality industry, working as a Floor Supervisor and Bartender at The Breakwater. In January 2025, he joined Spectrum Health, quickly demonstrating attention to detail, adaptability, and initiative. His capabilities saw him step into the Accreditation team, where he now plays a key role in supporting practices to maintain compliance, prepare for site visits, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Known for his reliability, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative approach, Ben is dedicated to helping teams work efficiently while upholding high standards. He takes pride in building strong working relationships and supporting colleagues whenever needed.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new cuisines and flavours from around the world, staying active through fitness and strength training, and planning his next travel adventure. He is known among friends for his quick humour and easy-going nature, which he believes are just as important in building a positive workplace as technical skill.
