Li has been part of Spectrum Health Group for over four years and currently serves as the Administration Manager. In this role, she oversees operations across multiple medical practices, providing leadership and support to both administrative and clinical teams to ensure efficient practice management and high-quality patient care. Li has completed her Certificate IV in Human Resources and has recently commenced her Master’s degree in Business, Finance and Law, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare administration and organisational leadership.
