Prabashini began her professional journey in Sri Lanka Hatton National Bank (HNB) , where she developed a strong grounding in financial operations, customer service, and banking procedures. This early experience instilled in her a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to finance.

Later, she joined Eureka Technology Partners in 2018, a pioneering company recognized as the first in Sri Lanka to obtain ISO 20000 certification for IT service management. Over three years, she progressed from Accounts Assistant to Senior Accounts Executive, gaining expertise in financial management, compliance, and leadership while serving as the Financial Management Process Owner under ISO 20000 standards.

She also expanded her experience in the apparel manufacturing industry during her time at H-Connect (Pvt) Ltd. Her career journey has since spanned multiple industries including banking, software and IT services, apparel manufacturing, — and included international exposure through her role at the UK-based Codification Ltd, working with global clients in the technology sector.

She is proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB accounting software’s and other industry-specific ERP platforms. Now a fully qualified CPA (Australia), CIMA (UK), CGMA, and ACMA professional, she brings over eight years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement—combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of business operations.

She joined Spectrum Health Group as an Accounts Officer in February 2025 and is continuing to expand her capabilities by pursuing additional qualifications in tax practice.
