Bailey King is an Operations Manager with a strong background in healthcare administration and multi-site practice operations. Born in Perth, Western Australia, and raised in Busselton, Bailey developed an early interest in business and leadership, completing Certificate III and IV qualifications in Business during her senior school years.

Bailey began her healthcare career in 2023 as a Medical Receptionist at Joondalup Health Campus, where she gained valuable experience within a fast-paced hospital environment and developed a strong understanding of medical administration, patient services, and clinical workflow.

In April 2024, Bailey joined Spectrum Health as an Administration Officer and quickly demonstrated exceptional organisational ability, initiative, and operational awareness. Within four months, she progressed into the Operations Department, where she now plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple medical practices.

In her current role, Bailey works closely with practice teams, contractors, and external service providers to ensure clinics operate efficiently and maintain high operational standards. She is responsible for assisting with operational improvements, and supporting the smooth delivery of services across the organisation’s network of practices.

Bailey is recognised for her proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt within dynamic healthcare environments. She is passionate about improving operational efficiency, supporting teams, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation.
