Bailey was born in Perth, Western Australia, and raised in the coastal town of Busselton. During her later high school years, she demonstrated a strong commitment to learning by completing Certificates III and IV in Business, along with qualifications in Beauty (III) and Outdoor Recreation (III), reflecting her diverse interests and motivation for personal development.

Before beginning her professional journey in healthcare, Bailey worked in high-end jewelry retail, where she developed strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. Alongside this, she also practiced as a makeup artist—pursuing her creative passion and building valuable experience in client-facing roles.

In 2023, Bailey transitioned into the medical field, beginning her career as a medical receptionist at Joondalup Health Campus. This role laid the foundation for her career, where she quickly developed strong administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In April 2024, Bailey joined Spectrum Health as an Administration Officer, working within a highly skilled and supportive team. Within just four months, she advanced into the Operations Department, where her potential truly shone. Her role now expands to include providing reception support across multiple medical practices, as well as working closely with contractors and external companies—highlighting her adaptability, professionalism, and initiative.

As the youngest member of the team, Bailey brings fresh energy, a forward-thinking mindset, and a collaborative approach to everything she does. She thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates natural leadership qualities, and takes pride in being a reliable support to others. Bailey is passionate about problem-solving and values the opportunity to serve as a positive role model for staff at all levels.
