Siobhan Rodrigues is an experienced Human Resources Officer with a strong background in the healthcare and medical industry, specialising in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and HR administration. She has extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, interpreting employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, modern awards, workplace policies, and ensuring organisational compliance with employment standards.

Siobhan also has a background in counselling and has Completed a Bachelor of Counselling and majored in Child and Family Support and is currently completing a Master of Social Science (Counselling and Therapy) providing her with a strong understanding of human behaviour, communication, conflict resolution, and employee wellbeing. Her people-focused approach enables her to build positive workplace relationships, support employees through challenging situations, and contribute to healthy workplace cultures.
