South Nurse Coordinator

Cortni joins Spectrum Health as the South Nurse Coordinator, bringing strong experience in primary care nursing and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care. In her role, Cortni supports and coordinates nursing teams across southern practices, promoting clinical excellence, collaboration, and consistency of care.

Cortni has completed a Graduate Certificate in Community and Primary Nursing and holds postgraduate qualifications in sexual and reproductive health. Throughout her years working as a practice nurse, she has gained specialised competencies in cervical screening, Implanon insertion and removal, punch biopsies, and suturing and laceration repair. She is passionate about supporting nurses to grow in confidence, capability, and professionalism within general practice.

Outside of work, Cortni enjoys spending time with her daughter and values balance, wellbeing, and meaningful connection, which she brings into both her leadership and clinical practice.
